It’s been a busy month, but in this update you’ll only see a few minor improvements & fixes. Why? Behind the scenes, we’ve been busy prepping several mouth watering, efficiency boosting new features.
Until those new features launch, here are the details for the minor Kounta update happening shortly:
When: 11PM AEST on September 10th How: After this time, Kounta will auto-update on log in
Fixes - Guest tracking section on Tables no longer remains after a register times out - Fixed a bug stopping sites with failed payments from updating payment info - Resolved an issue with invoices resulting in an error for recently upgraded accounts - Sorted a glitch with option set text not displaying correctly - Corrected an issue with incorrect sites showing on products page - Fixed a bug where adding existing products results in an error on certain devices

Seamless bill to room for hotels Bid farewell to double handling of bill to room charges. Easily take orders on Kounta and add it to a guest’s reservation on Preno’s Hotel Management System. When your guest checks out, all their dining expenses appear in their final invoice.
Purchase order sync Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB ARL, Saasu and SageOne users rejoice! Purchases received in Kounta now sync beautifully to your accounting software. No more double handling fuss. Just more time to focus on growing your brand.
