We’ve been cooking up new features and fixes this past month, and it all goes live on Kounta shortly.

How: After this time, Kounta will auto-update on log in
- The help menu is now easier to navigate with easy access to relevant guides & videos for the page you are on, and the contact details for our 24/7 Support team are easier to find.
- We’ve made it a lot easier to search for products on the POS and also made it a lot easier to see
- The Cost Price field in back office and the product import tool now supports 4 decimal places
- You can now control whether you send email receipts manually, automatically, or not at all from your Site information in back office.
- Not a bug, but we made the alerts a lot more obvious when your printers have an error, or your POS goes offline
