Update - An issue outside our payments platform has been identified with Mastercard payments in Australia not being automatically captured.
This affected a number of payments made on April 27th, which have been paid out on April 30th.
Payouts and reporting for transactions between the 27th and the 30th have been corrected.

This also affects a number of payments made between April 30th and May 1st. Merchants may experience smaller payouts than anticipated for transactions made during the affected period.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue causing intermittent printing issues on sites with the Smartpay Integration enabled and on iOS 17.2 and above.

It has come to our attention that temporarily disabling the SmartPay integration has proven effective in enhancing printing functionality for some customers.

As we endeavour to develop a comprehensive solution, we recommend implementing this workaround to alleviate the printing issues.

In order to disable Smartpay:

1. Head to Back Office> Integrations
2. Search for 'Smartpay'
3. Select 'Disable'

Next you'll need to create a Manual Payment Button

1. From the Back Office, under Company settings, select Payment Types
2. Select 'Add a New Payment Type'
3. Fill in the following fields:
Payment Type: Manual Smartpay
Show on Checkout: Tick this box to use this payment type on your POS
4. Select 'Add Payment Type'
5. Select Save All

Note that you'll need to reconcile the Smartpay totals put through the 'Manual Smartpay' payment button manually when performing takings at the end of the day.

In order to process Standalone Payments on your Smartpay terminal:

1. On your Smartpay Terminal, select payment type:
2. Navigate to the payment type menu. This may be labeled as "Card Payment" or something similar.
3. Enter Transaction Amount
